About Nummmbers

Nummmbers is a learning platform for adults. The first program launching here is Make Math Mine, math built around the context adults actually think about: their work, their hobbies, the numbers they encounter day to day, the homework their kid brought home.

What Make Math Mine is

Adult math, on your terms. No-shame, no-streak, no-timer. Ten phases of content covering arithmetic through pre-calculus, with three ways to engage:

• Core Path: sequenced lessons through each phase, each one ending in a short mastery check.
• Free Practice: problems generated in contexts you care about. Pick a preset interest (food, sports, travel, and so on) on the Free tier; describe any interest in your own words on the paid tier.
• Teach Me This: upload a worksheet, textbook page, or photo, and work the problems with the tutor.

Who it’s for

Adults who want math to make sense. Career-changers, college returners, parents refreshing fractions before helping with homework, professionals filling a gap, hobbyists going deeper. 18+ at launch.

How we treat your work

Anything you write inside the product (answers, reflections, anything you upload) stays yours. We don’t train AI models on it. We process it to run the service for you and use de-identified, aggregated information to improve the product. Details and the formal commitment live in our Privacy Policy.

The tutor uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate explanations, hints, and feedback. AI output can be wrong; verify anything that materially affects an academic, professional, or financial decision.

What’s coming next

Wise to Numbers: a second program from Nummmbers, opening after Make Math Mine. The focus is numerical literacy as fluency and self-defense: reading charts honestly, understanding statistical claims, not being fooled by misleading numbers in news, work, and civic life. The capstone has students build their own data visualizations. One Nummmbers account works across both programs.
