How is the free tier limited?
Free opens every phase and every lesson, three lesson starts a day. Practice problems on every unit have no daily cap. You get five AI assists to try on hints, explanations, and teach-back, plus one sample Teach Me This upload. The AI tutor, more Teach Me This, and practice written around your own interests are part of Plus.
Does Plus have usage limits?
Lessons and Free Practice have none. The AI features come with generous monthly allowances, set well above what anyone working through math by hand will reach. They’re there to keep scripts and bots in check, not learners.
Is there a free trial of Plus?
No separate trial. The free tier is the trial: every phase, three lessons a day, practice on every unit, fiveAI assists, and one Teach Me This sample. Plus adds the AI tutor on every lesson and practice problem, Teach Me This uploads, Free Practice on any interest you describe, and deeper personalization based on what you’ve worked on. Subscribe whenever those start to feel worth it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. Your Plus access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We don't refund subscription fees. The Free tier opens all ten phases at three lessons a day, so you can try the experience before subscribing. If you were billed in error (duplicate charge, accidental sign-up within 24 hours, or a billing system bug), email support@nummmbers.com and we'll fix it.
What happens to my work if I cancel?
Your progress, mastered phases, custom interests, and anything you've written stay on your account. The account itself moves back to the free plan: three lessons a day, no tutor, and the one-sample Teach Me This limit, until you resubscribe.
Is billing per account or per person?
Per account. One Nummmbers account is meant for one learner. Sharing an account isn't supported, and a household with two learners should use two accounts.
Who handles payment?
Stripe processes payments and acts as the merchant of record. Card details never touch our servers. Receipts arrive by email.
